RIP, Peanut Dude

You remember him from the Dome, or from Minute Maid in recent years.  No one, and I mean NO ONE, could hurl a bag of peanuts with such precision as this guy.  Seemed to truly enjoy entertaining us - especially our kids - at the Games.  RIP, Peanut Dude.

    Condolences on the Peanut man!

    Chip, I'm very excited about the forthcoming doc on the Astrodome, and looking forward to showing the trailer tomorrow night, 5/28 at CAMH.

    I wonder if you know anything about the Astroettes? I'm told they were the female ushers at the Dome's opening, and had gold lamé costumes and domed shaped hats. Have you happened on any photos of such things?
